Emote Express: Safety & Privacy Standards

1. Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
EmoteExpress maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, or distribution of any content that exploits or endangers minors. Any accounts found violating these standards will be permanently banned.
2. Handling of CSAM
In compliance with federal and international safety regulations, any discovered Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be removed from our platform immediately. EmoteExpress fulfills its legal obligations by reporting all confirmed instances of child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
3. User Reporting & Moderation
Users are encouraged to report any predatory behavior or inappropriate content. EmoteExpress provides an easy-to-use, in-app reporting tool to flag content for review. All safety reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
4. Privacy Policy & Data Handling
EmoteExpress collects only the data necessary to provide our service (such as your account ID and email). We do not sell user data to third parties. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
5. Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play requirements, users have full control over their data:
In-App Deletion: Users can delete their account and all associated data directly within the app settings.
Web Request: Users may also request the permanent deletion of their account and data by contacting our safety team at the email below. We process all deletion requests within 7 business days.
