1.1. Introduction: Emote Express is a platform for interaction, messaging, multimedia content, and professional services operated by EmoteExpress LLC under the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. MODERATION AND CONDUCT POLICY
To ensure a safe environment, EmoteExpress LLC strictly prohibits:
Failure to comply will result in content removal or permanent account termination.
4. APPENDIX: CHILD SAFETY AND MANDATORY REPORTING
EmoteExpress LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation of minors.
